We’d be happy to help you with your next corporate event, baby shower, wedding shower, book club, or any event you might be planning and want a studio that can help you include a fitness class with your event! Our space is flexible and allows for food/drink and outdoor patio setting.

We can create any type of class: Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Waterrowing, Spinning, or even chair massage!

We are also happy to arrange off site classes in your office or workout space, just let us know and we’ll get you scheduled! All our instructors are well trained and certified.


Energetic Jazz dance

Beginning Friday, October 19
Friday mornings at 9:30 with Eden

A dance class that is a great workout! Easy to follow, low impact class that focuses on basic jazz technique through warm ups to enhance core, balance, strength, and flexibility. Then moves to choreographed dances that are fun and a great cardio workout. Music is from broadway to popular and will encompass traditional and contemporary jazz dance. No dance experience needed!

Work out/Pilates attire. Flexible, lightweight sneakers or jazz sneakers.

Come try the newest equipment and experience the unique benefits of our WaterRowers. Rowing is universally recognized as the perfect aerobic exercise – smooth, low impact, rhythmic, and whole body – unrivalled for its physiological benefits and aesthetic pleasures.

PILATES 'FORE' GOLFERS

This 6-week workshop is currently underway! 

Learn Pilates techniques to help you increase distance with your swing, strengthen ab and back muscles to be stronger and minimize pain, and hit the ball stronger and straighter consistently. Make 2018 your best season ever!
